Losgo account deletion request
If you have a Losgo account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal information. This process is available for users who created a Losgo account through the Losgo website or mobile app.
- You must sign in to the Losgo account you want to delete before submitting the request.
- You can start the account deletion process from Losgo web or from the Losgo mobile app.
- After confirmation, your account profile, saved details, and access to Losgo services may be permanently removed.
- Some records, including transaction, support, security, or compliance data, may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
If you do not have a Losgo account, there is no account deletion request to complete. Only the
account owner can request deletion after signing in.
