How We Use Information

Background Location Usage
LosGo uses background location access only during an active ride or delivery after the service provider starts tracking.
This allows customers to follow the service provider's location even when the app is minimized or the device screen is locked.
Location tracking stops when the trip ends, the service is stopped, or location permissions are disabled.
We do not use background location data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Sharing of Information
We may share certain information when necessary with service providers such as Google Firebase, Google Maps, Stripe, PayPal, and our hosting or infrastructure providers.
We may also disclose information to legal authorities when required by law.
We do not sell users' personal data.
Data Security
Data is transmitted using secure encrypted connections such as HTTPS/TLS.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
